 FoL supports shared databases such as OneClick, TexShare, Ancestry, Overdrive and Newsbank.

FoL funds online programs such as Pronunciator, a language learning tool.

FoL helped fund the expansion of the library in 2019.  The popular early reader program "1000 Books before Kindergarten" consists of  100 backpacks - each filled with 10 books.
